BJ’S RESTAURANTS, INC. MERCHANDISE RETURN POLICY

Timely Returns With Receipt: Full Refund

For merchandise (such as T-shirts) that you purchase through our website, we will provide you with a full refund on the merchandise that you contact us about via email at Merchandise@BJsRestaurants.com within 30 days following the date of purchase and then return (at your expense), along with a copy of the receipt or other proof of purchase, to us at our mailing address below within 60 days following the date you contact us at the above email address, all subject to the additional details and exclusions below.

The refund will be at the original purchase price plus applicable sales tax (excluding any shipping charges), and will be issued to your original method of payment.

Return Process

  • To initiate a return, contact us at Merchandise@BJsRestaurants.com within 30 days following the date of purchase, and provide your full name, mailing address and order number in your email.
  • If you email us with the required information within such 30-day period, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions for how to send your item to us.
  • Once you receive a shipping label from us, send us the item using that label, with a postmark of no later than 90 days after the date of purchase, to the following address:

  • Once we’ve received and inspected your returned merchandise, we will notify you at the email address that you used to contact us, and will let you know whether your refund is approved.
  • If approved, the refund will occur within 10 business days in most cases. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.

Exclusions

  • To be eligible for a refund, the returned merchandise must:
  • be in the same condition in which you received it;
  • not have been worn or otherwise used;
  • have all sales tags attached to it; and
  • be in its original packaging.
  • Merchandise returned to us without first contacting us at Merchandise@BJsRestaurants.com, or not using the shipping label we provide, will not be eligible for a refund.
  • All sales of merchandise purchased at a discount off its regular price (on “sale”), holiday/seasonal items, and BJ’s gift cards, are final. Such items are not eligible for a refund.
  • Any shipping charges for your initial purchase are non-refundable.
  • Please note that this merchandise return policy does not apply to any of the food or beverage items that we sell. As perishable products, we do not accept returns of such items.
